How Royal Bike Point Keeps Your Email Details Safe

Royal Bike Point holds only what you choose to put in an email to Support@royalbikepoint.in: your address, your message and any bike details you add. This site has no forms and no accounts, we remove what you sent when you ask, and the web host may keep ordinary server logs.

What Royal Bike Point Holds After Your Direct Email

A short list. One inbox is all Royal Bike Point sees: the address you wrote from, your name if you signed off with it, and whatever you typed about the bike, which could be the model, a noise from the front end, or a photo of a leaking fork seal.

Nothing on this website asks you for anything. There is no booking form, no login and no payment page, so when you read about bike repair at Royal Bike Point in Bhopal or check a part on the spare parts page, no customer record gets created behind the screen, and your details reach us only after you press send in your own mail app.

Send less, if you can. Royal Bike Point can usually answer a first question from the model and the fault alone, and bank details or ID copies should stay out of the email.

Why Royal Bike Point Keeps Your Message, and Easy Removal

We keep your email so we can answer it.

Say you write about a clutch that slips, we reply, and you come back a week later with a follow-up. Royal Bike Point can read the earlier thread instead of asking you to explain the whole thing again, and that is the entire reason the mail stays in the inbox. We use it for replying to you about your bike. Your address does not go on a marketing list, and we do not sell it. Three people work at Royal Bike Point, in one shop (one mailbox, no call centre).

Removal is simple. This policy gives no fixed deletion date, so treat it as something you ask for: write to Support@royalbikepoint.in from the same address, say you want your details removed, and Royal Bike Point will delete your messages from the inbox and confirm by email. Two limits, in practice. Your own sent folder is yours to clear, and we cannot reach into that from here, and a mail provider may hold its own backup copies for a while, which is hard to say much about from a small workshop.

Wrote from an address you no longer use? Tell Royal Bike Point the old address and roughly when you sent the mail, because that is usually enough to find it.

Server Logs and the Reliable Route to Royal Bike Point

Opening a page here still touches a machine somewhere. Our host may note your IP address, browser, the page and the time in its usual logs, and although Royal Bike Point has no plan to use those lines for working out who you are, their lifespan sits with the host, which is why you will find no number for it on this page.

Trackers? None added by Royal Bike Point. No account means no login cookie either, and if that ever changes, this page changes with it.

Who answers for this policy? The proprietor of Royal Bike Point, a repair shop on the Udyam register, and the workshop background covers the rest. Send privacy questions for Royal Bike Point by either of two routes: email Support@royalbikepoint.in, or the shop itself at Shop No. 13, Behind Vishnu Fast, Soudi Market, MP Nagar Zone 2, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462016. Same inbox, same three people.
